Up until recently water and iPods have been far from friends.  But the company Swimman is looking to change all of that with their new iPod Shuffle that is fully waterproof!  The company 100% guarantees that the iPod and headphones are waterproof in up to 10 feet of water (sorry all you diver fans you will have to stick with the jukebox in your head for now).

The water ready iPods go for about $150, which is about $70 dollars more then the regular one you would buy off the Apple website.  The deluxe package which includes waterproof, in-ear earphones costs around $250.  Wow for a hundred bucks those baby’s better get me a date for Saturday night!

Sounds like a good idea but a little too steep for the luxury of using them in water.  I think I’ll just stick to the sands for a while.
