Probably one of the last things in the world that needs to go high tech but thanks to the Chinese here it is, the world’s first simulated cigarette. The e-cigarette is a $208 battery powered device that delivers just the right amount of nicotine without all the nasty poisons. It looks like a cigarette, feels like one, the tip glows and even emits vapor. Apparently already a big hit in China, Israel and Turkey, the manufacturer is hopes to make the jump to Europe and America soon.

I gotta say, that guy looks like he’s inhaling a whole lot more than nicotine.

   It’s a steal if it helps you kick the habit.

   The poisonous stuff isn’t the nicotine, it’s the other crap. Nicotine does not cause cancer. Nicotine is what hooks smokers and is highly addictive.

   For many folks wanting to quit nicotine gum or patches often don’t cut it. This baby would give you the tactile experience of holding and drawing from a cigarette as well as a hit of nicotine. Methinks this may be one of the better alternatives.

   I bought it from http://ruyanstore.ecrater.com for USD 85 and I must say I’m impressed. Haven’t smoked normal cigarettes for 2 weeks now and I calculated: I’m actually smoking cheaper now, lol. The cravings are less and my GF says my breath don’t smell bad anymore )

   I have already seen one cab driver with one of these in West Sussex, England - he said he paid £40 for the start up set - $208 must be a typo! Does anyone know exactly what the capsules contain? It can’t just be nicotine? that sounds far too simpler an explanation. I tried it and I must admit was amazed when the smoke came out, and it tasted good. Last question - smoking ban has just hit Britain - is this little baby legal to smoke in pubs???
