What I really want? Wireless Internet across the globe. I don't mean going to starbucks to go online, I mean, anywhere.

basically, what I want is to have internet that is easily accesible as radio waves. And i'm hoping that maybe it could be done in 5 years considering the hueg leftover space broadcasters get with the switch with Digital Broadcasting.

Then, something like this would be worth the purchase:

Actually, if you use Vista, you can utilize a feature called Sideshow (or ScreenDuo on ASUS motherboards) that lets you use gadgets (widgets for Vista), see important data about your computer while it's sleeping or hibernating, and have a slideshow of photos and stuff playing on it.

But, this isn't a touch screen (yet), but this idea can develop (especially with thoughts like yours). Check out this article for more information: Windows Vista Motherboards - Sideshow

What I want i don't think exists yet. I want a 7" Touch Screen TFT that hooks up to a USB port. On the screen you can run widgets eg RSS feeds, system stats, know you what I'm talking about. The reason is that i find no matter how big the screen or how many, I want it to be used for the programs I'm working on. I would like it to be touch screen because it would just be easier than a mouse. I could even see the screen being used in games, or anything really.

Anyway that is my NextLust.
