If a device had duel sliding keypads like the Pantech Helio Ocean, a UI like Windows Mobile, a Samsung Anycall logo beneath the screen and a Sony PSP logo on the back, what would it look like? Presenting the 838 - a smartphone, camera and portable gaming device all in one.

Just take a look at these specs. 3″ 260k QVGA touchscreen, 3 megapixel camera, 3 stereo speakers and 512MB of memory. The most notable and ripped off features are the Windows Mobile UI complete with Microsoft icon and the dual sliding keypad. When used vertically the keypad reveals your standard numeric buttons. Turn the unit horizontally and the keypad reveals a game controller to play the 11 pre-installed NES games running on an emulator. Ironically if you flip the 838 over, you see a wanna-be PSP logo.

All this for $200 from the seller’s eBay store called Bigpowerseller. I never thought I’d say this but I wanna review one. Many more pictures after the jump.
